'make in a minute' beachy doorstop

i really needed another doorstop, and this idea just came to me as i was pulling the vacuum cleaner out of the cupboard!

what you need:

*old jar with lid
*sand
*shells
*scrap of fabric
*elastic band & some ribbon
i don't think i need to give step by step instructions!
so easy and took about a minute.
i just happened to have some sand i had brought home from our
last visit to the beach. as well as some shells.

i had some fabric left over from my raggy laundry wreath so was able to match them up.
i have been painting and creating all morning.
now to vacuum!!!
