last Sunday i posted on a pair of bedside tables i did up for someone.
here is the bookcase that is going off to the same home.
i wish it could stay here! i had fun setting out some of my vintage wares
for it's bloggy photo shoot.

love these french preserving jars that i picked up for next to nothing.
this cabinet could be used for so many things. it would be ideal for
books, linens, crockery and cutlery, collections of any sort, or a mixture
of all the above!

Kate, WoW! I'm so happy I found this blog! My style has certainly changed over the past few years and like you my friends are bewildered at why I would love to have everything white?! I love it...I'm from the south in the States and very much have fallen in love with the old southern Savannah style of decorating, although I love the beachy Hampton style too...a little of mix bag there! I've decided I'm going to do my research and be on the hunt for those great little treasure finds down near Byron and up Brissy way. You have inspired me! I was in Ikea last week, simply looking for a white glass door bookcase. I know what I want but couldn't find anything I 100% liked. With desperation I thought I would google the style I'm after and bang...you came up. So excited I found your blog :). Its so lovely to read blog. So much information! I'll put this in my favourites for sure and read your updates & tips! Great cabinet & if you know of anywhere Gold Coast, Brisbane area that I could pick one up, let me know! Am willing to paint myself...but not sure how they would turn out...eekkk. Could be fun though :). Take care, JO
ReplyDeletep.s. sorry so new to this blogging, I don't know how to reply to your thread..
